Hey! These books are a little more mature than the other section, just so you know the

difference. Hope you find what you are looking for!

This series is about a girl who is training to become a spy and she falls in love which is not allowed. She goes under cover and her friends help her. For girls. This is the first in the series. The third book just came out!

Uglies by: Scott Westerfeld

This book is a part of the series. It is about a world in which you are ugly when u r normal and pretty when u turn 16 and they perform an operation that makes u pretty. There are many obstacles in front of Tally's dream, to become pretty, but will she risk everything for it? For both girls and boys!

The Hunter Games by: Suzanne Collins

In this world, the people in charge force 2 kids from each of the 12 districts to come and kill each other on live tv. They fight to the death and only one person lives! When Katniss' younger sister is chosen to go, Katniss volenteers to go for her! Will she win or die? This book is for both girls and boys!

The Clique by: Lisi Harrison

These books are also realistic fiction. There are like 11 of them and counting. It is about groups of mean girls and wannabees. I find it very funny and all of the girls have there own funny traits.

Gamer Girl by: Mari Mancussi

This is a good book that is not anything like magic or anything that. It is more realistic fiction. It has a good topic because it is about an average girl just trying to get through life with many obstacles along the way... Sound familiar! She gets this video game from her dad. Now all she does is play the virtual game. She wonders who the romantic guy in the game is! Will she get the guy?

The Ashleys by: Melissa de la Cruz

These books, and I haven't read them all yet, are very similar to the clique series. If you like the Clique books you will like these. This time however, the girls in the clique are all named Ashley!

Palace of Mirrors by: MAgaret Peterson Haddix

This book is about a girl who has been told since she was born that she wads the real princ ess and that the person portraying her is only going to be there until they win the war. Unfortunetly when she arrives there she finds many other girls have been told that they are the real princess too! Who is the real princess... Read the book to find out what happens!

The Tortall Books by: Tamora Pierce

These are a great series of books. There are about twenty of them. They have about 4 series within the big series. The characters in the all of them interelate so you will find that the same characters ar in one series that appear in another completely different series with the big series. They are mostly for girls but boys can read them too. Tamora Pierce has created a whole world of Magic and its hard to pick out which book to read first so I say you have to read Alanna: The First Adventure First and continue on with that series. Then i would read about her daughter In Tricksters Queen. Then it is whatever you feel like next but if you dont like one series I would move to another and maybe come back to it in like 6 months or something. These books go back to a time of sorcery and kinghts, which alanna becomes! So if you like books from the middle ages this is the book for you!
